IMPORTANT: When you create the account that will allow you to start, please ensure you enter your legal name in the "User Real Name" field as this is what will print our on your online completion certificate (do not use nicknames). Once you have done this you will be able to immediately log in with your new account details and access the online workbook.

If you are having issues with the on line program, shut the progam down and reopen it again and this will generally solve most computer issues.
As part of our contribution to the environment we offer an online workbook when completing our flexible delivery option. Our online workbook (plus practical training) is a comprehensive alternative to completing the full 2 day First Aid Course. The workbook has been divided up into each of the first aid theory topics, so that you can finish one part, and continue with the next at a later date.
Once you have successfully completed one topic of the workbook the summary page will display a green tick next to this topic. If the topic is not successfully completed the summary page will display a red cross next to this topic. To satisfactory complete the workbook you must have a green tick next to each of the topics showing that 100% of the workbook has been completed.
Once you have completed the workbook please ensure that you have a printer connected to your computer as you must print out a certificate proving that the workbook is complete. You will then be required to bring the completion certificate along to the practical session in order to recieve your Nationally Recognised Level 2 Senior First Aid Certificate.
