Student Feedback has always been an integral part of our business. As an RTO and with hundreds of Training Partners we certainly appreciate when students take the time and share their experience through their comments as a valuable way to improve our training delivery, service and the quality of training resources..

We have recently upgraded our Training Desk Platform to invite our students to complete an optional student feedback online prior to receiving their certificate, so we can listen, learn and value your training experience with us.

This is a valuable resource for our Trainers and Partners who have full access to these surveys. These surveys available within each Partners platform provide a solid foundation to monitor student feedback for each course, and each trainer who delivers the course. Partners are then able to benchmark student feedback and improve the student course experience.
