Course Description

The Non-Accredited First Aid Training course is designed to equip individuals with essential life-saving skills and basic emergency response techniques. While not formally accredited, this course provides comprehensive, practical knowledge on how to respond to common first aid situations, making it an excellent option for anyone looking to increase their confidence and ability to help in emergencies at home, work, or in the community.

Participants will learn how to manage a range of first aid scenarios, including how to assess an emergency situation, provide basic wound care, and assist individuals suffering from injuries or sudden illness. The course covers fundamental first aid practices, including the treatment of burns, fractures, bleeding, and sprains, as well as how to handle more serious conditions such as choking, allergic reactions, and shock.

In addition to injury treatment, participants will also be introduced to CPR techniques and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in cardiac emergencies. This hands-on training ensures that learners feel prepared to act swiftly and effectively, even in high-pressure situations. The skills learned in this course can be applied in everyday environments, making it a valuable training experience for individuals in any profession or setting.

Ideal for people seeking practical first aid knowledge without the need for certification, this course empowers participants with the skills and confidence to respond to emergency situations, ultimately helping to make communities and workplaces safer.
