This free online non-accredited course on Mental Health Awareness is designed to raise awareness about the unique psychological challenges faced by those on the front lines, including both professional first responders and individuals who unexpectedly find themselves in such a role. This course is intended for anyone who wants to understand first responders' mental health challenges and gain awareness on how to offer support. It's a space where your experiences are acknowledged, and your well-being is prioritised.

Course Durations
Self-Paced - It is expected students may complete the course within 10-15 minutes (depending on experience levels). This can be completed over a number of sessions. Your course progress will be saved.
Students are expected to complete all learning and assessment activities within six (6) months of enrolment. Failure to complete all requirements may result in your enrolment being disabled/cancelled.
