Throughout the course, participants will learn the fundamental principles of food safety, including maintaining personal hygiene, preventing cross-contamination, proper food storage, and temperature control. The training covers how to follow organisational procedures for cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas, as well as safe practices for handling potentially hazardous foods.
