Chloe and Aaron Betts from Central West First Aid Training have been recognised as Outstanding New Partner in the Allens Training Partner Awards — a remarkable achievement for a business that has made such a strong impact in its very first year.

“We’re genuinely honoured to be recognised in the Allens Training Partner Awards,” says Chloe. “When we launched our partnership, we never imagined how quickly things would grow. To us, this award represents not just momentum, but the trust we’ve built with our students and clients and the quality we’ve worked hard to embed from day one.”

Building Momentum Through Authentic Branding

From the outset, Chloe and Aaron have focused on authenticity and connection. Their early success has been powered by strong, consistent branding and strategic networking across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Instagram. They invest time in understanding their ideal clients — their industries, risks, and training needs — before designing training solutions that go beyond expectations.

Hands-On Training That Stands Out

Central West First Aid Training has carved out a niche for fully immersive, face-to-face learning with no prior online component. “Many of our clients are kinaesthetic learners,” Chloe explains. “Hands-on simulation is essential — it makes training practical, memorable, and confidence-building.”

That commitment to realism has paid off, with impressive growth through repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals. Every scenario, every session, and every student interaction reflects their commitment to quality and authenticity.

Juggling Life, Work, and Passion

Behind the success is a story of balance, resilience, and teamwork. Both current on-road paramedics, Chloe and Aaron run the business while managing shift work, university lecturing, research, and family life with three young children.

“It rarely feels balanced,” Chloe admits, “but it’s where we’ve learned the most about resilience, preparation, and adapting in a heartbeat — lessons that apply equally at home and at work.”

Looking Ahead

As they continue to grow, the focus is on sustainability and quality. “You’re only as good as your last course,” Chloe says. “Winning clients is one thing, but retaining them through consistent, high-quality delivery — that’s the real measure of success.”

For Chloe and Aaron, the award is not just recognition — it’s motivation to keep learning, balancing, and building something that truly makes a difference.
