Celebrating Excellence: Queen of Hearts Wins Allens Training Award for Branding and Marketing

Queen of Hearts has been recognised for outstanding achievement, taking home the Allens Training “Excellence in Branding and Marketing” Award. For business owner Victoria Payne, the award is both humbling and deeply meaningful — a celebration of creativity, courage, and community connection.
“I am extremely flattered to be the recipient of the Allens Training ‘Excellence in Branding and Marketing’ award,” says Victoria. “It means a lot to see the effort and thought behind my brand being recognised at a national level.”
A Journey of Firsts
As a new business owner, Victoria describes her branding and marketing journey as “one of many firsts.” From day one, her goal was to create a name and logo that were professional yet playful — a brand that stood out from the crowd and left a lasting impression.
Her marketing approach has been both strategic and heartfelt. By staying personable, professional, and fun, Victoria has built genuine relationships with individuals and businesses across the coast. Over the past two years, she’s used a mix of digital and traditional marketing — from Google reviews and social media to volunteering, billboards, and local publications — steadily building a strong and trusted brand presence.
A Brand That Connects
The Queen of Hearts brand has become well-known and loved in the local community. “Community members often comment on my business name and logo,” Victoria shares. “A strong brand creates a lasting impression — one that’s clever, memorable, and meaningful.”
Through volunteering and involvement in community events, Victoria has strengthened those local ties, ensuring Queen of Hearts is recognised not just as a training provider but as part of the community fabric.
More Than Training
With a background as a nurse educator, Victoria brings deep clinical experience to her training. Her sessions focus on contextualised learning and real-world simulation — helping students build the confidence to respond calmly and effectively in any emergency.
A Message to Other Partners
“You don’t need to be a marketing expert to succeed,” Victoria says. “Be brave, be creative, and use the resources available to you. In today’s digital world, people are craving connection with real people — that’s what makes a brand truly stand out.”
