Course Description

The Non-Accredited Fire Warden Course provides essential training for individuals responsible for fire safety and emergency procedures in the workplace. This course is designed for employees, supervisors, or designated fire wardens working in environments such as offices, factories, schools, and retail establishments, where rapid and organised responses to fire emergencies are critical.

Throughout the course, participants will learn the roles and responsibilities of a Fire Warden, including how to safely coordinate evacuations, manage building occupants, and assist during fire drills and real emergencies. The training covers essential skills such as identifying fire hazards, using basic firefighting equipment, and following emergency response procedures. Participants will also learn effective communication techniques to liaise with emergency services and ensure the safety of all personnel during an emergency.

This course is ideal for staff who are designated as Fire Wardens or those looking to improve their fire safety knowledge without the need for formal accreditation.

Upon completion, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to perform their duties as Fire Wardens, ensuring their workplace is prepared for fire emergencies and contributing to a safer work environment. The skills gained from this course will enhance the overall readiness and safety of any organisation.
