Assessment Activities
Performance tasks:
- Plan and prepare for risk management in the workplace
- Conduct an inspection of the work area to identify hazards
- Assess hazards and identify unacceptable risk
- Identify and recommend controls
- Contribute to implementing the controls
Documentation – Completion of a site-based Risk Management Form and a Risk Control Plan for each Performance task.
Theory assessment - A written exam consisting of multiple-choice questions and short answer questions to be completed at the end of the training session.
