TAS White Card Course

A construction worker in Tasmania must have completed general TAS construction induction training (commonly known as the “TAS White Card”) before being permitted to commence work on a construction site. This is a mandatory requirement across Australia.

White Card Training For Tasmanian Construction Workers

This course serves as an introduction or refresher on current health and safety legislative requirements, personal awareness, and the fundamental principles of risk management in the construction industry. It aims to promote safe work practices and prevent injury or harm to yourself and others.

The course covers key topics such as identifying and verbally reporting common construction hazards, understanding basic risk control measures, and recognising procedures for responding to potential incidents and emergencies.
