Entry Requirements
An individual undertaking this course with Allens Training Pty Ltd will need to demonstrate the following to be eligible for entry:
- Capability to complete the practical demonstrations for the course, including:
- Ability to identify, mitigate, correct, implement, record and report situations that could lead to facility emergencies
- Establishing and maintaining facility emergency plans and implementing compliance regimes including maintenance auditing and faulty finding procedures
- Providing advice and guidance to the emergency management planning committee and emergency control organisation
- Providing training in emergency response procedures, emergency control structures and equipment
- Documenting problems or deficiencies with facility emergency protection systems, emergency control equipment and unsafe work practices
Assessment Requirements
Individuals undertaking this course will be expected to complete both written and practical assessment tasks.
